Center Associates, founded in 1957, is a private not-for-profit accredited outpatient mental health clinic. The Center providers are psychiatrists, licensed psychologists, social workers, mental health counselors, and nurse practitioners.
The Center exists to provide high quality and comprehensive mental health services to the people of Marshall and Hardin Counties in order to enhance the lives of individuals and families. We provide services for approximately 20,000 patient visits yearly in the areas of outpatient care, evaluations, emergencies, consultations, and education.
