Cheese Shop of Des Moines Pairing

CJ Bienert, the cheesemonger from The Cheese Shop of Des Moines, will be bringing his expertise to Marshalltown to share unique cheese pairings!

CJ is a bonafide cheese expert and will explain what gives each cheese its properties, the regions where it is produced and all sorts of other interesting information.

Cost is $75 per person / $600 per table of 8 and includes: 8 ounces of cheese, crackers, one condiment and one bottle of each red and white wines per table.  Online registration is now closed, please contact our office for more information at 641-752-4688.
