YSS of Marshall County is a community based private, non-profit human service agency that provides community, school-based, in-office, and in-home services to children, youth, and families throughout Marshall County and surrounding areas. We offer a wide variety of services including individual, family, and group counseling, outreach, crisis intervention, prevention, skill development, supervised visits/neutral exchanges, and case management, particularly in the areas of family development or transitional living for homeless youth and young adults between the ages of 17-25.
AMP
Achieving Maximum Potential is a youth-driven group that seeks to unleash the full potential for personal growth among foster and adoptive children in Marshall County and throughout Iowa. AMP provides life skills and advocacy needed to become self-sufficient, independent adults. Photos coming soon…
There is no charge for services related to crisis/early intervention, outreach/preventive education, or our Transitional Living Programs. All other counseling, supervision, and skill development services are either funded by references from DHS/Juvenile Courts or are arranged privately with the clients/participants by way of a sliding fee scale. The 24-hour Crisis Line Number is (641) 752-2300.
